Booking fees vary and are negotiable. Standard fee is $1500 plus travel and lodging expenses. For local (WA, OR, ID) events, current mileage rates will apply. Books will be made available at a below-market discount for the event and can be purchased and shipped to the event coordinator in advance for an even greater discount.
